You are a visual storyteller who gets giddy brainstorming new ideas and curating beautiful Pinterest boards. You are passionate about community, informed on social trends and have exceptionally cheeky copywriting skills for strong call-to-actions. You are comfortable with analytics with a proven track record for improving engagement.


  • Conceptualize a community-driven social media strategy plan 
  • Curate, create and post engaging content for social media platforms 
  • Write compelling copy in alignment with brand voice 
  • Assist in the creation for Instagram (IGTV, reels, stories) and TikTok videos
  • Attend weekly or biweekly meetings and events to create content 
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends 
  • Interact with community and respond to all comments
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics to reach KPI’s  
  • Work directly with co-founder to brainstorm and coordinate social initiatives
  • Assist with coordinating photoshoots
  • Assist with researching and coordinating brand collaborations 


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
  • Previous experience using social media management tools (Later, Planoly, etc.)
  • Design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro), Canva or equivalent digital media editing tool 
  • Previous experience working with an e-commerce brand is an asset, but not required
  • Previous digital marketing experience (SEO, email marketing, affiliate relationships, etc.) is an asset for growing within the company, but not required 


  • Starting: October 2021 
  • Location: Remote, with in-person meetings (if local). Preferably in Vancouver, BC. 
  • Hours: Part-time w/ opportunity to grow into role 
  • Compensation: $25/hour 



You are an extremely organized person who hates clutter; you may even organize your closet by colour. You are proactive in improving efficiency and streamlining processes. You are detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and strong.


  • Inventory: Handle stock receiving, sorting, stacking, organizing and ensuring accurate product quantities 
  • Orders: Pick/pack orders, coordinating courier pick-ups and pick up returns from Canada Post
  • Returns: Processing, steaming, folding return products 
  • Studio: Maintaining clean, stocked, and organized space


  • Retail or stockroom: 1+ year 
  • Valid driver's license and access to vehicle  
  • Owns a laptop to access e-commerce store
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Experience with shipping platform (DesktopShipper, ShipStation, etc.) is an asset, but not required
  • Starting: October 2021
  • Location: In-person, Vancouver warehouse 
  • Hours: Up to 2 shifts/16 hours weekly with possibility for added hours during collection launches  
  • Compensation: $18/hour
