Our sewers are paid competitive living wages — 15% above industry standards to be exact! Their days are structured with 45 minutes for lunch plus a 45 minute nap. With every hour of overtime that they choose to work, they get paid half a days pay.
Our sewers are never hired on project-by-project basis, but rather on permanent positions with competitive medical and pension packages on legally binding contracts.
