When will I receive my preorder?
We have a limited quantity of Standard lengths in stock at the time of launch that will begin shipping on May 8. Petite, Tall and any Standard quantities ordered beyond the in-stock amount will be a preorder. Preorders have an estimated ship date of July 20. If we can get it out earlier, we will keep you updated via monthly email updates on our progress!
Can I change my size after the preorder has been made?
For Petite & Tall, it is made-to-order so we do not plan to have extras. There is no guarantee that we will have additional stock for you to exchange to and we may need to cancel your order.
What is your return policy for preorders?
The policy will remain the same — 30 days return & 60 days exchange except the return policy will not begin until your order has been shipped.
Your Tall inseam doesn't seem tall enough.
Depending on your body proportion, it may be long enough for you! We have a very high rise (10.25” - 14.63”) which helps accommodate for taller folks. The best way to know whether our pant is long enough for you is to grab your measuring tape, measure your inseam and your rise. Then add these two together. Place the measuring tape alongside your body. The combined inseam and rise measurement is where your pants will sit.
Will it come in different colors?
For now it is available in Black as we test out this style. If the preorder proves to be popular, we may introduce other colors.
Will you bring multiple lengths to your other pant styles?
That will depend on how successful this drop is! If we do, we will most likely continue offering pre-order because we want to ensure we’re not creating excess production until we are confident in the volume per SKU.
