When will I receive my preorder?

Preorders have an estimated ship date of November 24th. If we can get it out earlier, we will keep you updated via email updates on our progress! 

Can I change my size after the preorder has been made?

If ordered in advance: Please email us at support@lezethelabel.com and we will check if there is a size available for you to change to.

Please check our size chart here and double check your measurements before ordering.

What is your return policy for preorders?

We promise to honor the policy in place for the day your order is fulfilled.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind during preorders?

Yes! However, preorder items often sell out fast. The deals associated and the sizes you may require may not be available should you change your mind at a later date. 

 if you change your mind and want to place a new order, the early pre-order incentive may not applicable and there is no guarantee we will have your size available as we order small quantities.

What if I order something else that’s in-stock? Will my order ship out?

Option 1: If you want to receive your in-stock items as soon as possible, place separate orders. Your in-stock order will ship right away.

Option 2: If you don't mind waiting or want to hit the free shipping minimum, order in-stock and preorder items together on one order. You're entire order will ship once the preorder items are ready.
